How to find a case

Navigate to [https://reintegration-assistance-tool.ec.europa.eu/riat-cases](https://reintegration-assistance-tool.ec.europa.eu/riat-cases)

Go to "All Cases" or "Inbox"

To easily find the case you need to work on, Filter your cases using the status "Open in KM2 - Case assigned to Focal Point"

Click on the case you want to work on.
Confirm arrival -KM2

Click "Confirm arrival - KM2"

Encode the date of arrival from the beneficiary to his country of destination.

Click "Continue"
Edit KM2

Once the date of arrival is confirmed, Click "Edit" to fill in the rest of the information.

Once you have reviewed the information in the "Application" (KM1) encode the relevant information in the "Case Information (KM2)"

The "Budget" section, is used to encode the reintegration plan. Encode the amount that will be used in the "Budgeted Amount (EUR)" column

And provide more information about the reintegration plan in the "Short description" column.

Fill in the second tab of the KM2 "Reintegration counselling meeting" based on the situation of the beneficiary.

Fill in the second tab of the KM2 "Feedback from the Implementing Partner (KM2) " based on the situation of the beneficiary.

Click "Save" to save all the information you have encoded.
Submit KM2 to your coordinator

If you are ready to submit your case, Click "Submit case (for confirmation) - KM2"

Click "Continue"

The case has now been submitted to your coordinator.

The case status of your case has now transitioned to "Validation request to Coordinator in KM2.
Case rejected
Alert! If for any reason your coordinator, the PMO or the Member states decides to reject KM2. The case will appear in your Inbox or all cases

To understand the reason of the rejection of the case please Click "Case Log"

Click on show detail from the "Reject Case (in confirmation) - KM2.

The "Reason" and "Comment" will now appear. You can now edit your case and resubmit it.
