Create a retroactive application

Click "Retroactive Cases"

Click "Create Retroactive Case"

Select the information based on your case : - Country of Return - Under which project will the reintegration take place? - Which EU Country do you want to send the application to? - Organisation? (the Member State Organization you are sending the application to) - Reintegration Partner? (your organization)

Click "Save"

Upload the ID from the beneficiary

Upload the Signed application form

Click on the tic box "Migrant/s consent obtained"

Fill in the family composition

Select the type of return based on the information provided by the potential beneficiary

Encode the date of departure based on the information provided by the potential beneficiary

If you wish you can provide more "Details on return travel".

Select the assistance needed by the potential beneficiay

If you wish add a "Clarification of the reintegration needs assessment as specified above".

Indicate if there is a Presence of specific vulnerability or not

Provide information on How the potential beneficiary received information about the reintegration program?

Click "Save" to finalize your case
Alert! The case will be saved as Draft. There is no way to submit the case to your Coordinator, but the case will appear in his "Retroactive" box in the RIAT dashboard. Contact your Coordinator outside of the platform to inform him that a new case needs to be submitted.
If the Member State does not react to the application, the case will be automatically rejected after 7 days. If the case is rejected because the Member State did not react, or because he asked for further clarification, you have the possibility to "Re-open" the case. Make the necessary changes if relevant, and ask your coordinator to "Submit" the case again.
Re-open a rejected case

Open the case you wish to resubmit or modify.
